Refund & Return Policy
All items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we have a limited return policy.
Returns / Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
- Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
- We strongly recommend ordering a size up if you are unsure, as sizing can vary slightly between items.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
- Items must be unused and in original condition (unwashed).
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@eventsea.co.uk with your order number.
- Send clear photos of the problem.
- We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable).
Important Note Because each item is custom printed just for you, we cannot offer refunds once production has started. All sales are final except for manufacturing defects.
